  We provide all of our customers with a delivery confirmation number or tracking number via e-mail after the package has been shipped. This allows you to track your package online (US, Canada, Spain).

  We will package your item as securely as possible and use only quality packing products; this helps to ensure that your items arrive undamaged and as advertised.

  Returns Policy

  • Your satisfaction is of the utmost concern to us. We will be happy to refund your purchase price or offer an exchange (we cannot refund the original shipping or return shipping fee and final value fee).

        Shipping Costs for Returned items

  • Although the customer must assume the costs in returning the item to us, we are happy to assume the cost in shipping the replacement item back to the customer. All exchanged products will be shipped via the registered airmail.
  • Only insured package in original condition will be accepted as a reasonable return within 3 days when you receive your item.
  • We will refund the total amount less the S & H fee to you once we get the returned package.
